CAVA ELYSSIA PINOT NOIR

This is, without a doubt, one of the best pink cavas, 100% Pinot Noir, comparable to the best French Pink Champagnes

Description

Our Cavas, regarding the quality-price ratio, can clearly compete with the French champagnes. And Freixenet, in addition to offering products with an excellent quality-price ratio, but at a low cost, also elaborates a series of wines, not just cavas, of truly great quality. Many Spaniards something think that when it is a matter of a cava from Freixenet, it cannot be truly exceptional. Well, the Elyssia Pinot Noir rosé cava proves that this is a totally mistaken assumption. It is elaborated with 100% top quality grapes with which the best French Champagne is made. Then, it undergoes an impeccable process of elaboration, including an attractive bottle, and it is sold at a truly exceptional price. Spaniards and foreigners now have the opportunity of enjoying one of the best rosé cavas or pink champagnes existing at present.

Instruction manual
  1. It should be kept at a wine cellar temperature (12 to 14ºC).
  2. The ideal temperature for drinking this wine is between 6 to 8ºC. Never at a lower temperature because it would lose a lot of its qualities.
  3. Put the bottle in an ice bucket with a lot of ice and water for approximately 15 minutes before serving in order to make sure it is cold.  Do not put it in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve in Cava or Champagne glasses, intended for white wine. These glasses are long and wider at the base than at the mouth, in order to allow for the concentration of the bubbles, but allow them to lose their aggressiveness when they reach the mouth.
  5. Put small amounts in the glass, so that the cava is not exposed to heat and does not warm up. It is preferable to refill the glass many times.
  6. It can be served with any type of food.

Nutritional value

The main component of this fruity cava with intense aromas of red fruits (ripe raspberries, redcurrants and cherries) is water, but in addition it has other components of nutritional interest in very small amounts, such as the organic acids, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Its caloric value is determined by its alcoholic content (12.5%vol.) and its sugars. If pregnant women choose to drink cava, they should do so in moderation.
